Well hungover i dragged myself to the yard this morning. Fed mare on yard and started skiping out ... Next thing i know ive twinged my back and am lying down in her shavings bed.

Managed to get myself up and friend turned her out and spoke to another friend who will bring her in, finish off bed, haynets etc and made my way home :o

Sat at the kitchen table and as i got up OMFG!!!!!! I have never known pain like it :eek:. I spent the next forty minutes on the floor and finally managed to get to the sofa where i have been for the last couple of hours :(

I am now bored, in pain, the cat is at the lounge window wanting to come in and i need to pee .... I can neither let the cat in or face getting to the loo :confused:
 
Ooops, ouch! I am fortunate enough not to have the pain, but boredom - yes :( Theres nothing good on telly, hate cleaning tack but wish i'd brought mine home, least would give me summat to do!! Sorry thats absolutely no help whatsoever :p
 
My bad back pinged a couple of days ago and have been moping about feeling sorry for myself ever since. It's taking me over an HOUR to muck out my TWO beds, and yesterday was spent on the floor with my toddler building all his new toys from Santa. Could I get back up again? No!

There's nothing worse :(
 
Well i made it to the loo for a pee and it was not a good look ... me hobbling and oohhing and owwing across the lounge, lol :mad:

I'm supposed to be back at work for Thursday and Friday but have pre warned my boss i might not be in which normally would be great as can spend day down the yard but sadly its just not gona happen if i still feel like this :(
