Who's out Boxing Day? I'm in two minds as to what to do here as its so wet, meet is on and I will take my horse to the meet then prob go back to lorry as ground is bottomless. I don't want any tendons or shoes pulled and I'm certainly not jumping in this! Anyone else a bit concerned? Never used to worry too much but friends hunter is now off for the season as of last week after doing a tendon in bottomless ground. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!

Dont blame you, its not worth the risk there will be plenty more dates hopefully when the ground is better. I would love to have gone but id rather have a fixed horse then a poorly one!

Hunting is also known as 'bog snorkelling' in our country now!

We are going but will just stay out for an hour or so after the meet, and will not be jumping.....

Hunting is rather tedious atm as mainly roadwork and tracks, but still nice to see the hounds working.

We will be out......again. Was out Saturday and got soaked and out again today. We are just ditch jumping country so although wet not too bad. Will be tracks and roads, but good to get out when you can if only for a while. Need a good show at the meet for everyone who comes to watch.

I'll be out on the quad, it's bottomless here so i'd rather not risk taking the horse. On the plus side, i can just park it outside the pub when im finished hunting :D no need to take it home and wash it off!
