Branded saddle cloth British eventing

Hello wondered if anyone could give me some Clarity when using branded saddle cloth? Does the company have to be a member or registered with BE one way or another? Will only be for dressage, unsure if this makes a difference.

The company would need to be registered as an affiliate with BE which costs around £45. The logo would then need to be emailed to BE for their approval. Its all fairly straight forward and I did it earlier in the year too.
