Frankie's westphalian, and is branded. To me it looks like a crown type thing...with THE NUMBER 13 UNDERNEATH IT. Quite a few people have commented on it, so I asked my YO. She said it cant possibley be the number 13, and had to be a 'B' or something. I just wondered how they work. Is it usually a 2 digit number, or like a letter and a number... Or what?!
Sorry if I sound like a div.

They are all different - type horse brands in google and you should find a few sites that list the different brands and whether there may be numbers, letters etc associated with them. My hann GB mare has GB under the normal hann symbol and I know some brands have numbers under them that relate to the horses reg number in its passport
