ok the dreaded thread im quite busty so trotting means occasionally drivers get a eye full or two! wondering if there is any bra's i can wear to keep them put! they don't do comfy sports bras for my size! anyone know of one?

I am of the busty variety as well- i have got a m& s one, and a shock absorber one as well. both are adequate but i also wear a reeebok/nike lycras singlet thingy over the top as it oddly gives a bit more support. the best places for tha larger bra are bravissimo or figleaves or i think bra stop.

Shock Absorbers. I get mine from Debenhams

shockabsorbers are really good.it`s very important to get the right size though.
i bought the size smaller in inches that i need but the next size up in cup size and it fits a treat.they have them on ebay.

It's taken me years but I have found the perfect bra for riding, it's a 3/4 length (long bra) from The Special Collection, not terribly expensive, very comfy to wear, and keeps everything in rock like formation

.

I tried all the sports bras under the sun, and none of them do the job IME.

sports bras don't work for me.... unless i wear two at once. and then i can't breathe...

if i HAD to choose a sports bra it'd be shock absorbers. but try loads on to see what ones hold you in but allow you to breathe. i'm a 32G but wear a 32E shock absorber.

i also find tight supportive vests over the top can work. or, like rowreach says, one of the longer bras.

good luck! being busty rocks... except when exercising or trying to find a back protector.... or when 8 months pregnant and they grow to melon proportions...

I bought an 'energise' sports bra from littlewoods.com. Nothing moves and they give you a fairly normal shape if you know what I mean. A bit of a passion killer but hey who cares !!

Definitely a shock absorber - they do them in all sizes. They're very comfy and really do the job. As an added bonus they don't make you look like you have a monoboob either

Make sure you get the correct impact level - there are several styles for different acitivities/sizes. There's a guide on the back and riding is usually a 3 or 4. I need a 4 and I suspect most others in need of a shock absorber do as well

I like PureLime sports bras. Having said that, increasing core stability, and upper body control when riding does reduce boob bounce significantly.
