im sure you can....we use this one although it attaches to the d - rings

(4th item down) and it works extremely well to stop any movement of the saddle - though im sure you can get one that attaches to the girth im just not sure where from???

this attaches to both the d-rings and girth, as does the devoucoux Kolibri breast girth and this one (top left - event breast plate):

does that help??

Not sure about it attching to the girth, but you can get the Y shaped ones, which attach to the D's with a martingale attachment.
I use a cheapo elastic brest collar, attaches to the d's, with a hunter brestplate with attachment. For everyday i use the hunter brest plate as a martingale, so i don't have to do up all the buckles; but i have extra protection from saddle slipping when i do!
