Breast plate attachments

Does anyone know where i can get some breast plate attachments without having to buy a new breast plate as it is fine the attachments seemed to have go walkies since i moved tack rooms!! I have had a look everywhere but cannot find them!!

Jeffries do running and standing attachments as I've bought them in the past.
