Hi, have recently seen a number of top riders competing in both showjumping and eventing in breatplates which seem to attach to the girth rather than (or as well as) the D ring. I thought they looked very secure and my horse panics if the saddle moves at all when he violently sppoks! I just have never seen one for sale anywhere and can't seem to find one on the web despite many searches. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

There great, I have tried to make one of these, with a bit of sheepskin from a shop and a burgundy JW breastplate, obviously not as good as that one, but looks the same

Thanks for the advice, very useful the Devoucoux Breastplate is exactly what i meant. Hopefully it'll solve my slipy saddle and they look pretty stylish too. Thanks
