I am looking for some new breeches - my Caldene Belgrades are giving up the ghost but I am tight on money at the moment so as cheap as possible preferably under £40.
Must be breeches, beige and have belt loops.
I have seen some Dublin ones which might be ok until I become flush again - any thoughts?

I have a pair of Mark Todd ones that are fab!

They are a stretchy lightweight cotton material with a self fabric seat, suede knee patches, belt loops and 2 zipped pockets. I got them about a year ago from a local tack shop and they are dead comfy and have lasted very well (much better than my Shires saddlehuggers).

I'm not sure how much they were but they were definitely less than £40. Try ebay - there's bound to be some bargains on there!

Hope this helps!

Tally-ho are reasonably priced, and wear v well. I have just had to bin a pair after at least 5 years regular use. Nice thick cotton, and a full seat.

Been having a look at Tally Ho coming in at £59 and the Mark Todds are slightly over as well for what I want. Do not worry ebay has been well and truly perused!

Sorry!!!
I didn't pay anything like that for my last pair of Tally-ho's. They must have gone up in price.
DId you know they have been recently bought over by Horseware.

I bought a pair of MTodds for around £39 at Hambledon horse trials last year and they are superb.
Mountain Horse Isolda (sp) are fabby too, I have the full seated ones think they are around £35 and I wear those for hunting and eventing plus SJing.
Dublin do some nice ones too, not the pull ons tho.

I think my favourite Breechs atm are Bentex, but they are a tad expensive at £100 GULP but last OMG! I live in mine!

I just got a pair of pikeur beige breeches from ebay for £15.00, unfortunatly they don't fit! I was sure they would as they are a UK26; I don't know what to do with them now?
