Breed Specific average walk stride lengths?

Does anyone have any data of average breed specific stride lengths. I am looking for data in walk on say for example TB's, WB's etc etc as I am writing a dissertation on this and no one seems able to supply this info. thanks in advance

My mistake, mean't to say I am writing a dissertation on increasing stride length, obviously I am measuring my group of horses that are involved in the study, however I was looking to see if anyone had any data of breed specific averages.

ah ok that makes more sense! If you cant find the info anywhere (i have no idea where you could look other than scientific journals) you could try to find a sample group of aprox 20 horses from each breed you are using and measure their average stride?

What about the height variable though - you would have to compare the same heights maybe?
