Well, I'm fairly certain the profits each person got from this horrible operation would have far exceeded their fines. £5000 and £3000 is paltry and hardly a deterrent. As for the ban, well let's just hope it's observed.

Yes, I thought similar. In comparison to the profit they made from the suffering they handed out to those poor dogs, the fine was pathetic
