Breeding a mare prone to colic?

Should/could this be done? When I say prone, I mean can't even go out on grass as colics straight away. And has previously been so severe vet was going to PTS.

Silly question, sorry to be harsh. Complete no-no for me; would be so unfair on foal for a start that's even if you get her as far as foaling with those sorts of problems. Think you'd need to do a lot of soul searching and take professional advice before going ahead - with extreme caution.
 
I would say no. Even if the foal survived the pregnancy it wouldn't be able to go out in the field with mum

but would seriously be looking into why she collics so frequently and so severly. Has she been scoped?
