i KNOW that the last thing to consider should be colour but just for curiosity.....

I would *love* to breed a full ginger ninja off the below horse (one day <<<< note ONE DAY)!!!.... said horse isnt going anywhere she just needs a bigger double...! she stands at 14.2ish (shes just turned 3 - !...so may make 15.1?)

ignore the hocks they are being walked off atm as she lives out 24/7 and will do until shes 4ish when I bring her "back in" (out summer and daily winter)....

Would a full chestnut sire breed (possibly?) a chestnut foal?

again - please dont jump on me....im asking a question not planning on churning out a horse a year.....!!

and colour wont be the final decision! ability will be! :)

You can guarantee chestnut as red to red gives all red but no way to guarantee solid - odds are less than 50% as she exhibits two white pattern genes - tobiano & sabino.
