Breeze Meets Her Daddy....and her sister.

So I think we have decided on a name for our little filly born last night.....Doc's Golden Breeze. So introducing Breeze

.

Breeze meeting her father for the first time. He was a star as per usual. Golden actually moved out of the way and gently nudged Breeze to go to meet her Daddy - my that was pretty amazing to watch!

Sorry for posting so many photos, but I have even surprised myself that I am so excited about this foal. I adore my Golden so I think the relief of her foaling perfectly has made me feel so happy about all this. I promise I won't bombard you with so many again.

Wow. I never get bored of your pictures. Such a lovely foal. Just shows how big Legacy has gotten.
I am amazed how laid back your guys are. Our broodmares try to attack any other horse that comes close to their babies.

Thanks everyone - I will calm down over the next few days - I'm just really excited right now, LOL!! Takes a lot for me to get excited I can tell you

By the way; just incase anyone was worried; the electric rope is in the hay field on the other side of this paddock and the yellow flowers are Goldenrod (many of your guys in the UK probably grow them in your garden) and not poisonous like ragwort.

Legacy seems hulking compared to Breeze; Legacy is totally adorable though and I am very pleased with the way she is put together. There was never any worry with putting Ezzy and the others back in together with the foal; this herd in particular, as super-easy-going. No way would they do something nasty.

I know this thread is about your little Breeze, but can I just say how in love I am with Legacy!? She is just stunning and I have no doubts she will become an amazing horse!

Wish I was in the market for a baby! I would snatch her right away from you! I imagine you are keeping her though????
