Evening all!

Just a quick question does brewers yeast work well for those with the more marish of mares?

How does it compare amount vs price wise against other products such as moody mare?

ALSO...

Little question on grass pellets for a youngster, looking to put my TB who's living out on some Simple Systems Blue Bag Grass Pellets to give him a little extra something over the colder winter months, has anyone fed youngsters on them? I noticed protein levels in them werent overly high and didnt know if it would be a good additive to their feeds if they start to drop a little condition the further into winter..

Thanks for any help :)

I feed yeast, but had no idea it was used for moody mares. I use it to promote good gut health in my hard working endurance mare.

Ya learn something new everyday. :)

I have started feeding my mare brewers yeast. She is not moody, but has a tendency to be a bit excitable/silly sometimes. However, the brewers yeast seems to be calming her down A LOT. I started feeding it for gut health and also she became itchy towards the end of the summer. I was wondering why she is so chilled and happy lately, only realised today that it can really help for behaviour too. Give it a go, has lots of health benefits.
