Where do you buy it from and how much do you feed??

I have looked at Horlicks, but it has lots of sugar and other stuff in it

I order it from Mile End Equestrian but you can also get it at health food shops e.g. Holland & Barrett

Simple systems sell it in 5kg and 20 kg bags and is much the cheapest way to buy it. I believe Equs health sell it to - but they source it from Simple Systems so it is cheaper to buy it from Simple Systems if you can
