Brewers yeast

Where the hell do you buy the stuff? My mare is a sweet itch suffering and since reading garlic can make it worse I have stopped using it and tried to buy brewers yeast. I could find baking yeast but that was all, can anyone help? She does have a Boett however I do not ride in it so that is when she can get bitten

How long does that last you? Seems quite reasonable?

simple systems sell the horse brewers yeast - im about to order some myself for calming, sweet itch, and tying up help. i hope it works - i did a post a couple of weeks asking about it and people said they rated it.

I buy a big jar of tablets from the local chemist.
Lady there says she sells a lot for horses with sweet itch.
I think there's 1,000 in a jar for £5!
Hector gets 10 a day.

I get mine from simple systems with rest of my feed stuff. You can also get it from gold label.

I buy mine i tablet form, don't think my fussy shetland would eat the powder, think holland and barrett do them but I get mine from Home Bargains 99p a tub.
