Have arrived!!! :D

Those who guessed 9 were the closest, she's had 10 *think* she's stopped!!! 6 boys 4 girls which is good because for a change there are more people wanting boys.

The first was born at half six this morning, dad let her out for the toilet and thought she'd done a poo until it started squeeking and he realised she's had a puppy  lol. She was a bit freaked out and has taken a while to settle down but they're all doing well now. Suspected last one was at ten past three.

There's one very little girl, B was 4oz when born, this one is 3oz. Mum and I have put her with her aunty Pea as she only has 5 of her own so Mini has a better chance for now with them instead of B. B doesn't seemed to have noticed and Pea isn't fussed in the slightest.

Will post some pics when I get home as they're on my phone and I'm at my mum's still.

Awww thats so lovely. I don't come on here very often anymore, so glad I saw this post - I remember when Bridget was a midget:p Well done Bridget.

Wow well done Bridget, thats quite a litter for a first time. Hope the little one does as well as her mum, what's the average birth rate for Vizslas?

around nine to twelve oz is fairly average range...and yes I just had to use my phones converter to work that out, I weigh in grams! LOL

Yup 9-12, B was one of 12 Stan one of 9. Pea had 4 the first time and 5 this time which is very small.

I'm trying to find my phone cable to upload pics, then you're in for it lol

Sorry brain not working, meant birth weight which Vizslak managed to decipher, but interesting they have such big litters as average. Hurry up and load those pictures. :D

Found it!! Here goes. The one's with Mini in are with Pea's litter hence she looks even smaller. We're leaving her with Pea for a few days until she's a bit stronger.

Ooooooh! Mini really is tiny, isn't she! The difference between her and her 'foster' litter mates is quite amazing. Deffo the right thing to put her in with them for the time being. :)

As for the others - well, they are stunningly cute as well! ;):D

Pea's are almost a week old so they make Min look even smaller lol. She's the spitting image of her mum at that age, for those who remember B at that age. Pea is actually more careful with her than she is her own, she squished one of hers earlier to avoid squishing Min. They are actually cousins :D Pea and B are litter sisters.

I'm really struggling to resist the urge to keep one already and they're not even a day old lol.

ETA: baby B

Very sad, just had a text from mum, B lives with her, Mini is fine but we've lost one of the little boys :( Not sure if he was rejected or she just couldn't cope with the number, she was rather unsure

Sad news about the boy ED, these things happen, natures way and all that.
Mini is very very mini!! Bless her! They are a gorgeous bunch, congrats :)

I can't find my cable :'( lol still looking!!

ETA, only 2 of B's are average size, the rest are all small then there's the little little lady

What weights are they ED? My lot arent big pups for sure, they dont look hugely different to yours. Mine range from 250g to 325g...birth weights, I'm just about to weight again to check progress.

Not 100% sure on weights tbh, just know that we have 2 at the size you'd expect and the rest are smaller, then there's Min. I know she's 3oz, she's also now decided she's not feeding, mum's trying to bottle/syringe her and she's not interested. Think we may lose her too :( fingers crossed she keeps going. They're normally 1lb or close to a 1lb in weight, think it's because how many she's had that they're smaller
