Bridle and rain scald

Hi! I have a full micklem bridle (I think) and I recently got a tb and it’s on the smallest it can be so wondering if it would be better to get him a cob size?

also for his rain scald all the scabs are off but there’s small white bumps where the scabs were..is that healing or does he need another bath?
