Bridle didn't fit! S**T

As part of my daughter's Xmas present I ordered a comfort bridle, I also ordered from same ebay shop a bridle bag,a hat bag ,a saddle bag and a boot bag.They gave me a combined price but then told me they were out of stock of full size black bridles . After a bit of measuring I thought a cob would do BUT the noseband is too tight.
I have emailled them to ask if I can send it back and pay postage to change it but no reply.
What do you think my chances are?

i think you are in a good position, as you say you did first ask for a full size...i would just keep persevering.

I just bought a bridle at olympia, it was the same brand as my old one, unfortunetly fits round him but the noseband is about 3" too high dammit! so I know how your feeling!

That once happened to me with an e-bayer and they swapped it no problem.

What make, style is it etc, may be able to take it off your hands!

They should be happy to exchange , usually they ask you to pay the postage though , they may be still on holiday so just contact them again in a few days
