I have a homebred that I’ve always had issues with re-tossing her head. She has been x rayed and examined from head to toe. I am seriously thinking it is pressure behind her ears from a bridle/headcolloar. Has anyone used a Dy’on bridle or anything similar to good effect. I’ve tried lots of padded bridles and ergonomic ones. However, she has a big atlas bone, with little room, that slides everything to the back of her ears. The more padded and shaped they are seems to make it worse, as she is a Connie TB with a pony ish small head. It’s a no to Micklem, Fairfax and a few other brands. Nothing seems to stay back from her ears? Padding does not help in the case. I’ve worked out that a grackle is more stable on her and stops everything jiggling about and it’s not her bit or saddle, as we’ve done both to death. HELP!
