Does anyone use? Or more specifically know how much mileage they charge/how far they travel to fit a saddle?

I need a Barnsby fitter and there are none left in Essex apparently

They're very good. I've now bought 3 saddles from them over the years and have my saddles checked by Ali every year. I think the call out fee is currently £40 (not sure if this extends as far as Essex? you'll need to give them a call), and £20 per saddle check and around £5 for additional flocking.
 
I use them for my Barnsby as well. Call out was £40 (I live in Essex Suffok border by A12) and £20 reflock. Seem very good and friendly.
 
Yep I use 'em too....great service, fantastic fitters. Ditto the others re: the call out charge etc.
 
I had them to check fit of saddle recently. Call out £40, check fit £20 and reflock £10 - and I live in Nottingham! So they do travel and will split the call out if there is more than one on the yard who wants them.
 
Cool. Sounds like mileage wouldn't be as bad as I feared then, if they travel to Nottingham for £40??

I am in Brentwood, so it'd be about an hour for them I think.

Have had my lovely Barnsby b*ggered up by a cr@p saddler and want it sorted out....
 
I am about to use them. Waiting for a date so very excited to be getting a new saddle and fitted properly and I am also Nottingham. So far they have been very professional and helpful

Their saddlers wouldn't come as far, and the nearest they could recommend was Mark Fisher in Cambridgeshire who won't come out to me
