Bridles for comfort

Any advice or recommendations would be highly appreciated! My horse has got melenomas where his bridle sits. His current bridle isn't affecting him but have noticed it is starting to get a little snug. Does anyone have any recommendations for an alternative bridle to sit more comfortable.

If I had a horse with melanomas impacting bridle fit I’d be inclined to go bespoke and direct to a bridle maker
