Bright electric rope/string & extenders?

I'll be moving two of my horses to my new place quite soon so need to prepare the paddock. One of them has galloped straight through a normal wire fence before so I'm keen to make our fence very visible! I also want to make it a bit higher too since one edge is along a road. So I'm thinking of putting those extenders onto the fence posts (long things with the loop on the end to run electric string through). Does anyone know where to get these (as cheap as poss)?

Then I want to run bright electric string / rope through the extenders. I know the norm is white but we can't see that in the snow! I spotted some flourescent yellow stuff the other day, does anyone know where to get this online (any bright colour)??

How about using some wooden posts at intervals along the fence line for added strength/ height, even tall 6/7 foot posts are only about £2.5 each from a timber merchant so cheaper than the tall plastic posts (even without extenders) then the insulators are a few pence each (when you buy a lot) - if you're not moving the fence around it'd be worth the effort of putting them in - maybe?

I've also sucessfully cut up and tied on pieces of carrier bag to tape to make it more visable/ scary - they can hear it then as well as see it moving about.
