bringing back into work from injections

My horse has just had injections in her hocks for arthritis. Does anyone have any good tips for bringing her back into work. She has to stay on box rest for 2 days then rest for a week.. that much I do know.

Thanks Imogen, I shall give it ago. Is it okay to walk her on hard ground, ie, the road or in the school arena?

Level ground creates less stress, but if the arena surface is not too deep and churned up either should be ok. try to avoid circles and a lot of turning, e.g. no horse walkers.
