One of mine is so much better all round on NAF Pink Powder, and I'm going to change one of the others onto it too. When I Googled PP, Brinicome came up, which wasn't surprising as I didn't specify NAF Pink Powder. Theirs looks cheaper but is it any good? I imagine since they have added Pink into the title they are aiming their product at Pink Powder users, but with the BH I can't ask until Tuesday, meanwhile thought I'd see if anyone has tried it.

Thanks.

Hi i use it for by boy and feel its the same as pink powder but lasts longer. For him it did make him look and act a lot better- Having said that i am a big fan of the BE products as they (touch wood) work and seem to be more palatable than the others

I have used it and got on fine with it. Managed to get a 3 for 2 offer at Burghley last year.

The only thing to bear in mind is that with Pink Powder, the scoop size is very small but with Think Pink the scoop is about 3-4 times the size so effectively you are feeding more weight of it. So when you are pricing up, worth taking this into account.

Thanks, I had seen on Brinicome that you fed 50g a day, so have been back and checked it. The brinicome/NAF Pack sizes differ, but I pay £15 for a small NAF PP, since adding p and p doesn't make online places any cheaper if that's all you order, which at average use of 24g a day works out at 25p daily.

The Think Pink, whilst £13 for 2kg, is fed at 50g a day, so with approx £4 postage making £17, that is 42.5p daily. Please feel free to correct my maths, not brilliant at the best of times!

Think NAF one is going to be more cost effective and I'll get a larger one.

Cost aside I think the THINK range extremely good. I use Tpink for all my horses including the youngstock. When the rep came round she said what do you feed your babies, so I told her TP and she was stunned by the condition they are in. I also use Think Fly which I started using in April for a build up, I can honestly say its brilliant!! No fly problems and I was very sceptical about it. One of mine has gone off eating as (I think it tastes quite strong), and I was beset with flies today when I rode him. No, I am nothing to do with them before you ask!!

Could I ask what else you are feeding your youngstock? despite a serious lack of grass and much feeding of haylage 24/7, both the two year olds look amazing. One is on PP, the other Benevit. Neither get any hard feed but I do need them to get their vits and mins. although I know that PP spec. doesn't compare to TS for example.

However I quite like living, so feeding either of them TS/Blue Chip and the like isn't going to happen!

Oh, Chrissie1, I am sorry to say I feed them Blue Chip. I had them as yearlings and rang BC for advise as they are rather well bred and destined for top class dressage (we'll see). They advised Original and nothing else except a bit of chaff. I use D&H Safe and Sound anyway so that's what they have. Now they are getting a bit porky I have put them on BC Lamilite. I too checked the spec on PP and it really doesn't supply all the vits etc they need. I will say the BC lasts a long time though.

:D really?

So they get BC and Think Pink? I'm not sure the one of mine would cope with BC although I have used it in the past on some spooky-wooky types and they've been fine.
