British Dressage Membership form

I am just filling out the form and not sure what type of membership, what si the difference between FULL MEMBERSHIP (ANNUAL PAYMENT) and FULL MEMBER(DIRECT DEBIT) Are they different types of membership or just diferent methods of paying?

i am 17 and the hors ei am getting is joined but i want to be joined as rider/owner.

also is the membership like british eventing, ie every year or do you re-join the date you joinede before, eg if i joined tomorrow would i this time next year rejoin, or the start of next year?
