British Novice Regional Final Rule Changes

I got a schedule for the Area 42 show near Bath which is holding a British Novice Regional Final. In the class description it says: Qualified Horses are eligible to compete in their own Regional Final and one other.

I didn't realise they had changed the rules and you were now allowed to enter 2 regionals. I would have thought it would be the same for Discovery as well.

At last some common sense - just need a horse now that is qualified or even BSJA reg

I didnt know that - they havent publicised it very well. I guess enough people kicked up a fuss so they changed it?
