british racing school/ northern racing college

has anyone ever been to the british racing or the northern racing college ??

are they good places to go if you want to work in racing ?? which one is better ?


also i heard that they make you play football and rounders there is that true as i hate that sort of stuff and i'm really bad at it.

It depends where you live inthe country. If you live in Scotland you have to go to Newmarket. Anywhere else and you get the choice.

I went to neither, never had to. It's hard work and yes you will be doing lots of fittening work and if that includes football and rounders then you play - you don't get a choice in that matter.

If you are 18 or under it is compulsory for you to attend the 9 week residential course if you want a job in racing.
