my friend took her MH ones to the local saddlery repair shop and he fixed new zips in them for her at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a try

Hi there,

If you haven't had them very long, it may be worth contacting Ariat - my friend did a while ago and they replaced her boots, their customer service was excellent.

try sending them back to ariat for repair, i have heard of people sending back mountain horse boots for replacement zips (seems to be a common problem) and they have been returned nicely cleaned-up too!
if not, timpson or any other high street cobbler should be able to fix them

Yup, this happened to mine after about a year, so had them replaced by friend who very usefully happens to be a saddler and she put new zips in.
As all above-cobblers, or local saddler will most probably put new zips in for you.
