Broken horse!

Had the vet out today as ern been lame for the last 4 weeks or so! possible suspensory or check ligament and 6 weeks no ridden work, back into work slowly and if lameness is still there or returns then will need scanning!

youd be better giving him longer off and saving yourself the scan money..
Teds off at the moment with wither a suspensory ligament pull or SDFT pull and im giving him 6 months.
Time is the best healer of them all.

I was told the same but decided to go for scans and xrays it turned out to be a splint my horse is a big wuss

.I would definitely have a scan done it might not be as bad as you think.
