Broken Knees

I knew a racehorse (two year old filly) that had bone chips removed from her knee, went on to win a few races after as well

Bone chip removal is quite a routine operation. The majority of horses return to full soundness and are able to perform to the level they were at before.

Anyone any idea of the rough cost to remove the chip? Price in £'s will do.

No idea sorry Tia. It is the one thing I wouldnt even consider not getting done though, if you know what I mean.
I would guess you are looking at at least £800+.
