I'm thinking of putting my mare out on a breeding loan but was just wondering on the legal side of things...would a normal bhs type loan agreement be ok to use etc, would you just list the terms and stuff under the use section?
I am a bit wary as she's my first horse and extremely close to my heart etc but I think she misses her foalies bless her [she used to be brood mare] and keep saying about putting her in foal again but I don't really have the funds or time for a foal myself so have kept putting it aside but then thought well why not see into putting her out on a breeding lease or something.
I know it's mid season etc so will have to be rather quick if she did go on a breeding loan but just wondered if anyone else had done this and thoughts on it really?
