I am so excited, the broodmare that Seahorse and I have on laon has just had her first covering. She was so good and stood like pro for the stallion.
She was covered inhand over the last week so we just have a short wait to see if she will come back into season in 21 days.
If she doesn't come back into season she will run out with the other broodmares and the stallion until they have all been covered if she does we will cover her inhand again.
Looking at all the foals at the stud its hard to believe that Melody may will be one of those with a foalie at foot this time next year
