Ok, so Billy currently has one blingy browband, from equiture, which is a goldeny bronze colour - so not too out there.
However, I feel the time has come to step out a little further from our plain is best persona and move up the scale of "blingyness" :p

So question is, what colour do I go for? Hoping that you lovely HHOers could help me!

He has a hunter head and is colored (bright bay & white) so we generally stick to tradtional colours ;)

Our matchy matchy usually consists of the bronze browband, a brown saddlepad and brown bandages. Subtle colours, but considering he is a 17h coloured sports horse we don't exactly blend in with the crowd normally :p

I do have a hunger green saddlepad and hunter green matching bandages but is a hunter green browband a bit much?
The only other coloured saddlepads (ie. Not brown, black or white) I have are grey and a nice new dark blue one from horse health. I would be able to get matching bandages if I wanted as well.

So question is, do I go for clear, navy blue or green bling? Or do you lot think he would suit a different colour? Please help me decide HHOers :D

This is him in his dressage bling, so you can see his colouring.

What colour do you think I should go for? :)

I would go for the green, myself; I think from your photo that it really suits him! If you want to be a bit different and maybe go for matching his chunky good looks, consider going for larger stones or semiprecious stones? A member on here makes lovely up-scale brow bands; you can find her under Paddock Saddlery (she's in Scotland) on Facebook if you want to take a look.

Bling would be for both competiton and everyday use :)

Only thing with green bling is would it look tacky? But big stones are a good idea :)

This is the BM's blue bling. I think it's quite subtle, myself! :) These ones are beads interspaced with Swarovski spacers, rather than stones.

I love the equiture browbands! I would also choose green for him, a dark green and you could mix it with clear or gold or bronze again. Doesn't have to be all green does it. Maybe diamonds with dark green would look nice for dressage.
I also think dark maroon and the navy would really suit him and look gorgeous with that gold browband he's wearing :).

Bex's browbands & collars on facebook has the most georgeous Dk green and gold browband that would go perfectly with that set.

Thanks all :)
Not sure on that type of browband SP, think i prefer the crystal types.
Problem with him having a slightly broader head is that i think the narrower ones might accentuate that, we may be better off with a broader one?

Still can't decide on which to get! Too much choice lol :)

I love my Equiture ones.

This is my TB, Bo's one (the bridle isn't his, he was just modeling it)
