browband query

Hello and happy new year

Can anyone tell me if its correct for a show cob to wear this browband - its to go on a jeffries bridle with 2" noseband (which am planning on buying) and a show pelham. Or is it better to stick to a plain one?

I personally stick to flat plain browband for showing

Plain for a cob.

That wouldnt be correct. plaited is more seen on hunter ponies or M&M breeds

Would recommend that seller though - nice stuff

I would be tempted for a hunter, but not necessarily for a cob. I think plain is more flattering, especially if they are hogged.

For that price though, you could give it a try and see what the judges say?

Ive got one for my welsh D and my friend has them on her SHP, you need something nice, flat and plain for your cob! Saw a lovely one on Horse Gossip earlier today
