it depends what sort of browband.....
if ur looking for diamante ones, then im not sure, but my mum makes ribbon browbands, and gets a saddler to make the flat browband up for her at whatever length she wants it! so i would have thought, if its just a leather one you're after, a saddler would be able to make one for you. it costs about £10 i think for custom!

I had to have mine made - I bought a Jeffries Premier in full for my 16.2hh IDxTB and the browband was the only bit that wouldn't fit. Wrote to Jeffries and explained and they said to send back the one I had, measure her head and they would make me one. Didn't even charge me - was very impressed with their service.
A friend with another IDxTB gelding has also had to have one made - I really think bridle manufacturers need to reassess their sizings as they don't seem to fit normal horses anymore.

i'm looking for a brass clencher on black leather, would maybe go for a VERY subtle diamonte or something, if all else fails i'll go for plain as i want something quite subtle. is to go on a raised stubben and rolled schumacher bridle.

For plain ones I just ask my local saddler to make them to the size I need. I wouldn't know for fancy stuff, I don't do that sort of thing on Jim!

This guy will make you a fantastic clincher browband to exactly the size you want for a realistic price. I use him for everything (well, he's local to me, but even sells to german tackshops!!)
