Brunei, anyone been?

I may be looking to move to Brunei but not sure if there is any horse riding. Anyone had any experience of the place? I lived in Malaysia for three years so I'm good with the life and everything, just worried I won't be able to ride. Ideally I'd like to buy or have a livery.
Any info would be good.

My sister has just come back after 2.5 years away. She was in Bandar Seri Begawan, and she rode at the local polo club, although you have to ride early in the morning. The horses were all TB types and were well looked after.
