I have a 16.2 irish draught horse I was thinking of buying some brushing boots as she knocked her legs together jumping a few weeks ago. So what size do you think I should get I was going to buy a large brushing boots in the sale but I’m worried they will be to big.

Depends on the make but large or full would usually fit a 16.2 with average bone. An ID with a lot of bone may need larger.

What make are you looking at? Le Mieux grafter come up small and a poor quality but Woof boots are more generous.

I’ve had a nightmare finding boots for my ID. I’ve tried so many pairs and returned so many due to not being big enough.
You are best measuring round the cannon bone and then checking against size guides
