My daughter and her pony have been doing club classes at a local venue since the start of the new league season last year. I wonder if anyone has any experience with the issues below and can clarify please.

The Club membership handbook states that "If a combination are registered nationally and have results at National Amateur 85cm, Senior British Novice, Stepping Stones, Pony British Novice or equivalent heights and above within the past three years then they cannot be registered as a Club member"

There are combinations in our league who do have results at those heights yet have been able to enter club classes and gain points which are now visible on the league tables. Is the onus on other competitors to notice this and submit a complaint under the eligibility rules or will these combinations be removed from the final league table prior to the championships?

Likewise, if a combination move on from club classes to national classes during the course of the season, are they still eligible to compete at the club championships at the heights they qualified for prior to moving up?

A lot of the league tables BS seem to play catch up after. The bronze league for example has a few of my friends on it who compete at 1.20m on other horses so are not eligible and then it normally catches up and puts an asterisk saying not eligible but will keep them on the league.

Not sure about Q if do national after but BS are pretty good at getting back to you if you submit an email.

I would just ask:
Do you omit combinations from the league who have done national classes? When does this appear on league table? Can you still be eligible if jump nationals after doing club.
