hi im new so hope i have put this in right place.
can someone tell me how old a junior rider has to be to compete a 148 pony .

is there a mimum age they have to be before they can jump a 148

Hiya No minimum age, and max is end of the year of their 16th birthday.

so could an 8 year old say jump a 148 pony if she wanted to

Afaik yes. There is a rule that I think states under 8's can't jump 90cm or over but it doesn't say minimum age on pony heights xx
