don't know anything about BSJA but BE ponies have to be over 13.2hh i think.. all the rules are on the BE website, have a browse!

I think you can jump ponies as a senior but they will find the striding harder. I couldnt make the move up to 1.20 on my old mare as at 14.3 she would have struggled on some of the related distances and it just wasnt fair on her.
Some ponies that have a bigger stride might cope better but up to 1.10 you should be ok.
