BSJA help please?

can someone whose mind is working straight help me please?
basically i'm 14 but i ride a horse, is there any way i could compete him at BSJA before i'm 16? i'll be at last 15 when I join so I could wait another year if I need to. also i'm confused about the groups (newcomer, foxhunter, discovery etc.) and pretty much all the rules and just how it workscin general really any help would be greatly appreciated xx

You have to join as a pony associate, you then jump in senior classes, unfortunately a parent will have to join too. BS really know how to extract money!
