Also i was a member but my memebership run out a couple of months ago and now i want to join with a new horse so do you think they would see that as a new membership or not??

yes it is but you have to have 1) Never been a member or 2) have membership lapsed for 3 years or more.
Dont think you will get the half price offer

The offer is designed to bring in new members or one's that lapsed along time ago. Those like you who renew membership regularly they don't feel they have to tempt.
