BSJA.... qualifiers?????????

can anyone help me?
Im joining BSJA soon as an Junior Associate Member as Im 14 yet riding a 16.2hh

I'm really stuck as I don't understand classes, points, qualifiers etc.....

any info would help!

Go on the BSJA website it should keep you going until you get your rule book through
