BSJA question - Blewbury and crofton

Don't know about crofton, Blewbury is not my favourite venue. They don't tend to build the courses massive but the school and warm up aren't the most sophisticated (I'm doing my best to be polite here

), although I haven't been there for 18 months so with any luck they may have improved things ??

The BSJA haven't updated the page that shows the schedules since september - so a bit out of date.

Blewbury is alright, the outdoor ring is lovely in the summer. The warm up for the indoor lets them down, but I haven't been in 3 years either so it has probably improved.

Love it in the summer, the warm up is small but dont mind that - the indoor is rather dark but I think that is me as I hate indoors anyway! Its the closest to me aff wise and I wouldnt NOT go, and the fact that lots of people dont particularly like it does mean smaller classes and that suits me as the thought of 80odd in a class A LA Addington makes me want to cry!

Give me a couple of weeks and I will be there whenever there is a show!

Nope it hasnt changed at Blewbury! However, less people per class = more chance of money!

No doesn't work that way - less horses per class less prizes given out. I would rather jump in a big class as then if you go DC you get money, than a small class where you have to beat a shed load of Grade As to get anything. The joys of being out of BN and Disco and having combined classes

Blewburys wam up lets themselves down and they don't have the biggest parking area which is a shame.
I quite often go there for their Trailblazers SJ and if they build BSJA courses similar to TB then they don't build big!
