i was told this but phoned the venue beforehand to be told i should have entered and just put ticket on the entry form, that was at towerlands though, a lot of people do seem to be able to just turn up and buy a ticket but might be worth checking just in case!

If it is entry on the day, then one buys a ticket when they enter, on the day - have done this at Weston Lawns and it is fine

Towerlands usually requires entries in advance as it is such a popular venue. A ticket just allows you to jump as a non-member....it doesn't get you around all the other entry requirements such as entering before the classes close / are full

At less popular venues you can easily just turn up and enter on the day, and buy your ticket at the same time.
