BSJA Young riders age limit!??

hi there.
just wondering if what i heard is true? has the age limit for young riders (BSJA) been raised to 23? if so, when did this happen?

I am not aware of it. Strictly up to 21 I believe.

I think the confusion might be because of the qualifiers for the YR Championship at the British Open where the upper limit is 23.
