I have a bit of a dilemma...
It now looks like I have sold my stallion, and so of course in the next few days he will be going off to his new owner's home
My problem is that I presented him for grading back in March and have since been waiting for my passport to be returned. Despite daily emails and voicemail messages no one has contacted me and the one time I managed to actually get hold of someone I was assured it was inthe post and would be here a couple of days later. Needless to say, nearly 3 weeks later it's not here
SO now what do I do? I NEED to get it back - but the BSPA seem to have disappeared off the face if the earth. Quite why it takes 2 months to return a grading sheet and stamp a passport - which every other society can manage to do on the day of the grading I don't know
Any advice? Have they always been this badly organised and rude or is it a recent thing?
Is it worth speaking to DEFRA as they assumably regulate the PIOs?
