As title really.

I only need them for one (poss 2) hairy horrors who will only be having trace clips.

KP Choco Dips (remember them? Sticks of biscuit with chocolate spread-type stuff to dip them into.) on offer!

Tbh I'm looking for something cheaper than them as they are around the £200 mark.

I was actually thinking of the cheapo ones on Ebay but I'm a bit worried they may overheat and burn my horses.

I've got a set of the eBay ones. I haven't used them on him but I have run them and they seem good. Didn't get too hot but obviously I didn't run them for an hour. They have good reviews on eBay so I went with that because like you I can't justify (or find) 200 to clip my horse twice a year!

I have just bought a pair of Ranger clippers. They were voted best allround/ budget clipper in a horse mag last year. They were 139-99. A friend has just bought a pair that were reduced from £150 to £99, but can't remember what they were, something like avalon or something?/

Horse Deals centre page - Avanti pro clippers £99 reduced from £249, don't know if they are any good, but if they only last a couple of years it is still cheaper than paying someone £30/40 to clip your horse 2/3 times each winter.
